Hands

Baad Afzal-us-Salaam

A question was asked on the net about why we pray namaz with our hands open and at sides and why others do it with their hands tied in front

Janaab Noman BhaiSaheb has asked me to post this response to the question

"Before I start writing anout Namaz I would like to point out the correct mannerism of asking questions [no criticism meant]

"If we believe we are on Haq [Right Path] then always compare our way to others i.e. Ask that we pray namaz with our hands open and at sides why others do it with their hands tied in front? Emphasis in this question is that we are right and the question is just for sake of knowledge. Think about it.

"Now about Namaz: Of course anything Rasullulah S.A. did or said and after him Aimmat and Doat, have clear and specific reason and significance. Every act of Shariat has meaning behind it which we call Taweel.

"Rasullulah S.A. prayed namaz in the beginning with his hands tied in front. The significance was that Rasullulah S.A. had not yet openly [In Zahir] appointed Moulana Ali S.A. as his Wasi, Wazir and Khalifa. At the time of his "Hijjat-ul-Wada [Last Haj]" at "Gadir-e-Khum" by order of Allah, Rasullulah S.A. appointed Moulana Ali S.A. as his rightful Wasi, Wazir and Khalifa. Since that day till Rasulullah S.A. passed away he opened his hands and never tied his hands in front in Namaz. There was no need to hide any more.

We are the REAL FOLLOWERS of Rasulullah`s sunnat and are proud to follow Rasulullah`s Dai. May Allah grant our Aqa Moula [T.U.S.] a long, long life.
