Excerpt from "A Story of Faith"

Rasullulah (SAW) farmawe che ke:

A Moomin...does not become a Moomin unless he understands by knowledge, speaks by wisdom, eschews the unlawful, is soft in speech, swift in being pleased, slow to anger. He learns when taught and keeps calm when abused. If you accompany him you will be safe, if you share with him you will be benefited. If you leave him, you will repent. He is obedient to Almighty and hospitable to the neighbor. His heart is lit with Allah's knowledge and upon his tongue is always, the remembrance of Allah. His body is patient on Allah's tests. He himself is in hardship but people are in ease on account of him. His is like water which is the source of life for all. His imagination is all light. His knowledge is life. He dislikes the world; is least troublesome, prasies openly and keeps away from show. If called to a good deed he hastens, and if called to a sin, he resists. He is true in tongue, patient in nature, rich in heart, generous of soul, economic in affluence and poverty. If you trust him he will honour it and if he trusts you he will never blame you. Father to the orphans, kind to the widows, towards Heaven he is always an aspirtant. He never disobeys his parents. If he be above you he will condescend for you, and if he is below you he will help you. His is like a tree whose root is firm and whose boughs are high and whose branches are long and whose fruits are abundant. He who looks at him is pleased. If you give him, he is pleased and thankful and if not given he is contented and resigned. His is the example of a honey-bee whcih imbibes from all sorts of flowers and feeds the sweet product to small and great.

It is Rasulullah's dua that HE may guide us all for the service of our faith, strenthen our belief, give us succour always to ponder on His universe and to strive for HIs pleasure. He listens to prayers. He is near. He answers.
